 The We Heart MFN campaign is about more than just funding; it is a community-wide celebration of the village the MFN has built together with this community over the last 33 years. Whether you are attending our events, sharing your MFN story, or taking part in Spirit Week including the Teddy Bear Picnic, every heart makes our network stronger.

For those who wish to leave a lasting mark on our physical space, your donations and fundraising efforts will be honored on the We Heart MFN Community Tree—a donor installation at the Family Playspace.

 

There are THREE options to make an impact:

  • Make a Gift: Every donation, no matter the size, fuels our mission. To be recognized with a named feature on the tree or the recognition wall, please choose a level that feels right for you by selecting “I want to donate.”
  • Rally Your Village & Spread Your Roots:

    Be part of a team! By starting or joining a fundraising page, you bring friends and family together to grow our community impact. Select “I want to help fundraise” then:

    • Sign Up and Share your Love:
      Start a personal or team fundraising page. This is a space to share a favorite MFN memory, a photo of your family at an event, or a note about the lasting impact of the community you met through the MFN. When you share your passion, your neighbors and friends will be inspired to join the village and pledge their support.

    • Set a Goal: Whether your goal is $333 to honor our history, or simply asking 33 people to give what they can, every effort helps our tree grow.
